I did not like the fact that it was no refrigerated in the room. I have medication that require refrigeration. But the stuff was nice and kept it in the bar area

The rooms are so spacious, the staff is incredible, the Restaurnat delightful, the concierge and front desk staff exceeded my expectations with very helpful tips of the city. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the entire property is conveniently located close to a lot of Viennas premier attractions. Wonderful shopping district filled with restaurants. This place is a true gem.

The room I booked was very very small I had to pay 277 euros more to get the room I thought I booked. The manager was very nice and helpful. I just didn’t know they had a room that small and I have to pay so much more to get something descent
