Only 1 out of 3 pools open, and they close at 6pm daily. Sheets had crumbs or something on them, tv turned off every 20 minutes. Water pressure in shower is terrible. $400 deposit I wasn’t aware of until checking in and being charged. Doesn’t accept government ID via verified governmental app, so make sure you have a hard copy. They do accept dogs though probably only plus.

This was a terrific stay in las vegas. The hotel was updated and the room was comy, spacious with a great view. The staff very kind and helpful... we would definitely return.

One of the sink drains would not drain - the drain plug closed but would not reopen. Fortunately there were two sinks in the room. The rain shower control was broken. We could hear a jack hammer somewhere during part of the night . It wasn't worth it to me to report it. Otherwise the room was spacious. Location near the convention center is great and the most important attribute. Food in the hotel is fantastically expensive but I guess that is part of the game, unfortunately that sets the expectations so high that it is hard for a restaurant to live up to them. In general staff was polite and gracious. We ate in Komodo for the Peking Duck and the experience. We had brunch in the Fontaine for the experience. As I said the expectations set are as unreasonably high as the prices. This promises failure no matter how much effort staff puts into their performance. I own a restaurant. The best meal we had was at a Thai Dive. I would never have gone there because of it's appearance on the outside but a Vegas friend recommended it and the Uber driver said it was a beautiful restaurant. It was a real dive so I wasn't sure what he meant at first. Beauty can't be discerned by the cover of the book. That the lesson here.

This was a very nice hotel/resort. There's really nothing to complain about except for a few issues that I think are more personal than against the resort itself. Number one complaint - The slots were extremely tight and not paying out winnings that much. I don't expect to become rich overnight, but the slots didn't even let me win just a little bit (I.e. for example, while playing dollar slots, the machine wouldn't even let me win $20, or $50 here and there. It seemed I lost money just as fast as I put it in. But there were NO little winnings. To me that takes away the drama and excitement. It definitely drained me of excitement.) After losing money like that, I was ready to call it a night and go to bed. Second complaint, the resort fees. Need I say more? Overall, this experience was awesome! I loved it! Bellagio is a great hotel, but below average casino.

The hotel was nice and the room was nice too especially for the price as compared to other hotels nearby and location was amazing!! Just steps away from Times Square. The area feels very safe even at night. The staff was helpful and friendly, they stored our luggage for free on day of checkout so we could walk around NYC a bit more. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room was nice. Breakfast was great! Great location

Huge room, comfortable beds, A/C and heat worked well. Loved having the kitchenette. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Hotel location is excellent. The room was fairly spartan and unattractive otherwise, with old lamps and furnishings, and it was a guess as to which outlets would work.
