This property was above and far beyond anything I could have expected. The staff was amazing and so welcoming and accommodating. The resort has everything you could ever need. There really is no need to leave. The lagoon is open 24/7 which we loved. Room service is available 24/7. There is valet parking and the staff is always available to drive you to and from your room in the little golf cars. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal with everything you could ever think of as an option. I really can’t say enough about this resort. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we want to come back with our family. I can’t find one thing to complain about. Our time here was amazing!

I had an amazing stay at FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai! The service was exceptional from start to finish — every detail was taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A special thank you to Mustafa, who made my experience even better by helping me extend my stay with ease. His professionalism and helpful attitude truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, great vibes, and top-notch service!
