We never received service in the 4 nights we were there. I washed the towels in the washer and dryer in the suite. The floors were sticky in the room. There was a cockroach. The pool decks are broken up, the bbqs were not functional. The activities room was great for the kids. The gyms were nice.

The parking sucks! Both nights I had to park in self parking. It’s was a 20 min walk from the parking lot to my room. The first night I was extremely lost and it took me over 45 min to get to my room. The freezer was also leaking when I arrived.
