Food was great could do with the ability to rent a small boat to see more around the island. Unfortunately for us had a super soft bed. A shame properties don’t tell you the types of beds they have.

Lovely staff, delicious food, gorgeous pool, wonderful yoga and massages! A special place far from the madding crowd. If it’s relaxation you’re after this is the place to go. Just be aware, before you book, the transfers (via boat or helicopter) are extremely expensive! The only other negative is the communal areas could do with an update & soft furnishings (chair pads/cushions etc) need a clean.

Amazing property! So much space and luxurious. Loved having our own pool and outdoor space. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Felt like home and very comfortable. Amazing location and so relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martinique. The view from our balcony and from the infinity pool / spa was spectacular and well worth climbing the hill for. The apartment was spacious and fully equiped with all that we needed. The location was excellent in terms of proximity to the beach, Main Street and Port of Arlie. Just be prepared for a steep climb, that is unless you have a car, choose to use taxis or are being picked up and dropped off for day trips as we were. Overall, I’d highly recommend Martinique and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Airlie Beach.

The house was beutiful with great views definetly a place to go woth seral people that dont want to share room. Also a lot of stairs and hills so not for weak.

We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special. That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference.

We had a lovely, relaxing one-week stay at the Mirage. The location was great — only 3km from the city centre. There are shuttle buses into Airlie Beach at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm, though it would have been nice if they also offered a later shuttle around 4pm. The buffet breakfast was simple but good. The only downside was that there weren’t many dinner options at the restaurant. Staff were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned on arrival. The bathroom, shower recess, and toilet all needed a thorough clean with bleach. The rooms are also looking a little dated and could benefit from some updating.
