Hotel was great. Location was perfect. Access to subway was easy in all directions. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants in the heart of Times Square. I liked how they checked room keys in order to enter elevators. We had breakfast vouchers which made breakfast affordable each morning. Check in and check out were easy. Enjoyed the happy hour specials at the Rum House. Cute bar with a fun atmosphere. Rooms are pretty small. Would have liked a small refrigerator to keep things cold. Other than that, we had a great stay.
