Unfortunately I was very disappointed in my stay.
Room was extremely small. Could hear every word from the people in the room next door on the phone. No sound proofing.
No functional smart tv with Netflix etc even though it was advertised so. I brought a young teen and promised to watch movies on Netflix on the bed but this was not possible. Smart TVs were not working throughout the hotel we were told.
Wifi Internet was terrible.
Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly but unfortunately the other points made me never want to book here again. I would also book a bit closer to the mall, like the location of the Ibis or Hyatt.
It was not worth the money for the 2 nights for the type of facilities provided or size/confort of the room

there were plates in the room from the night before - cleaner cleaned the room and left dirty plates in the room. When we got someone back to take the plates, they left food over the table
