Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good and safe. Walkable to restaurants. Breakfast was good and convenient. Room was clean, but the room and some furniture looks quite dated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a great part of the city. The rooms are nice, clean, the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was also very friendly. Would highly recommend it

The staff is extremely nice and always glad to assist you. Specially Pablo and David.
The room was very comfortable and clean.
I was a little dessapointed about the Roof Top because they don't have any service there, you need to program in advanced a sushi dinner in case that you want to spend time in that area.

The room was very clean.The king sized bed was very comfortable. Diana welcomed us when we arrived and was excellent at explaining everything to us and even had some dining recommendations for us. The hotel is very well situated for nearby restaurants. Will.definetly stay here again.

We booked a junior suite and were very disappointed to be given a family quad room. The room did not have the separate living room that we were expecting and was not suitable for our needs. The condition of the room was average and required maintenance.
