Our stay at Ocean El Faro was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Kevin Paulino, our Guest Service Specialist. From the moment we arrived, Kevin went above and beyond for us. He arranged all of our restaurant reservations seamlessly, making every night stress-free and perfectly planned. What really stood out was how genuinely caring and attentive he was—he even invited us to a beautiful dinner with a beach after-party, which became one of the highlights of our trip. His warmth, professionalism, and dedication made us feel truly taken care of throughout our entire stay. Kevin made our experience at Ocean El Faro even better, and we are so grateful for him. If you’re visiting, you’ll be lucky to have Kevin looking after you. Highly recommend!
