If you need to speak English staff is good but TV none, all in greek. Make your own coffee if before 7:30am and none after breakfast. Small rooms no wash cloths, but we were not disappointed for staying here!!

The staff was amazinggggg and the room was perfectly, we loved the wine thank you for everything!!

Absolutely a perfect Oasis in Athens serviced by the best hotel staff ever encountered. To put that in perspective I have worked in over 40 different countries. Highly recommended with one caveat. In over 1000+ hotels rooms I have stayed in during my working career I have NEVER encountered a Projector in the room. I now know why. The set up is extraordinarily complicated, the audio is VERY poor and the picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. To top all that the screen descends and cuts the room in half . Change it (them) for flat panel OLED's on brackets, I do see however why it was done. Good idea with the theme of the room but it doesn't work. Get this corrected and its an exquisite place to stay. In all other respects really a Triple AAA.

The rooms are small and dark. Walls are painted black and washroom block is a cube of black glass and it smells (drains?). Ventilation in the washroom/shower is almost absent, therefore the room fogs up tremendously. Almost no room to open suitcases. The airco in the room works fine and does not make much noise. The hallways are kinda creepy with black painted walls and a hand holding the door number. The money I paid to stay here is way too much for what it offers. Bad deal. I baptise this "the Halloween hotel". On the other side the staff is helpfull and the breakfast is great. I would only stay here again for less then half the price they charge now.
