Great location! Old building vibes and walking distance to most the places we wanted to go.

Great location between Marigny/the French Quarter withing walking distance to Frenchman and Bourbon Streets. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the property really had that quintessential New Orleans feel to it.

The best hotel I stayed in a longtime. Very clean and staff is so pleasant self check in so convenient. Perfect spot if you are visiting New Orleans/ bourbon street

The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. The room was beautiful, spacious, serene, spotless, and nicely stocked with a Nespresso machine, pods, and creamer to help get the day started. The bathroom had dual sinks, very spacious shower, separate toilet enclosure, and large free-standing tub. The lobby is gorgeous with the chandelier bar and quite nice to enjoy an end of the day drink while people watching and relaxing. The dining options were perfect for us. We enjoyed breakfast on the 5th floor looking over the river and the menu was varied enough to be able to enjoy something different each time. We departed on Saturday but were able to indulge in a breakfast buffet before checking out at noon. We felt pampered and truly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons!
