Rooms were clean and spacious. At the time of our stay they gave us 20% discount when dining in their restaurant as well. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet. Location is right in the heart of Auckland's CBD and was reasonably priced, with parking available on a first-come first-serve basis. A good place to stay.

We stayed here for a few days in Auckland before heading off on a family trip with the kids, and it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Newmarket shopping centre is only about a 5-minute walk away, which made shopping, dining, and finding things to do with the kids really easy. Having on-site parking was also a big plus, as we didn’t have to worry about finding a parking space. The apartment was quiet with good soundproofing, and the heating worked really well, so we stayed warm and cosy even during the cold winter weather. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially useful when travelling with children. Overall, the place was clean and well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Shampoo is provided, but there is no conditioner, so it’s worth bringing your own if you need it. Very happy with our stay and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it for families looking for a convenient place to stay in Auckland.

Gorgeous place to stay with our Skytower loving kid. Impeccably presented and comfortable, in a super handy location. Delicious breakfast buffet and wish we had time to go to Metita, next time. Staff were super welcoming, kind and helpful.

Tthe room was excellent .....Cleanliness ... Bed was great but needed a softer pillow. we did have a problem operating the Air con .So called reception and the young lady I spoke to was very helpful and sent a concierge to help us. He was very polite and explained how to use it very well. So overall was great and staff were very helpful.We had a very enjoyable night there.

Bathroom was dirty.

Staff were helpful, and very accommodating of our later arrival. Room was as expected for the price we paid. Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the entire bathroom was dripping wet after using the shower which left us having to use our towels to dry the floor, meaning we needed more towels and couldn't help with the environmental notice. Otherwise it was what we needed to rest our head at the end of each day for our short trip.
