The staff was very friendly especially Epeli helped us both check in and check out.

Property is great only thing I didn’t like was tv remote didn’t had battery in it also told the front desk.

The staff were so welcoming. Our garden house was clean and comfortable. Great stay, thank you.

Mixed Experience Our stay was okay overall, with a few highlights—but also several frustrations that held it back from being truly enjoyable. What We Liked: • Kids Club: Packed with activities that kept the little ones entertained for hours. • Swimming Pools: Great variety and well-maintained. • Breakfast: Solid selection and tasty options to start the day. • Fiji Airways Check-In Onsite: Huge convenience—no need to arrive at the airport 3 hours early. What Fell Short: • Hidden Costs at Kids Club: The Build-a-Bear experience felt almost unavoidable and came with a hefty price tag (over $100). • Coffee Situation: Machine-made coffee was subpar, and with only two machines for 100+ guests, there were frequent issues—milk running out, machines rebooting, long waits. • Inconsistent Room Cleaning: Housekeeping often came late in the day (after 4pm), which was inconvenient once we’d returned to the room. • Room Condition: Dated interiors, including a leaking bathroom ceiling and non-functional phones to reach reception. • Construction Nearby: No noise, but the view from some rooms was bleak and uninspiring. • Water Slide Closure: Oddly shut down between 12–2pm—right when kids want to play. • Service Gaps: Staff didn’t always follow through on requests. We asked for a 5:30am luggage pickup—no one came. Also requested early breakfast access due to a flight, but were turned away until managment involvment. Not exactly customer-first approach. Summary: okay, but not special.

Great pool to lounge around & relax - just need alot more sun loungers as they were always full, would have been great to have more options for pool side massages (cheaper too) Slow service for table ordering,had to ask for water a few times before actually getting it. Lovely spacious resort with beautiful grounds and huge, comfy bures. One of the best beachfront bars we have experienced and good for beach walks and relaxing.

We had a great 2 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests. The place is well maintained with beautiful gardens, pool and pool area. Great option for families with full kitchen, laundry facilities. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable and the facilities perfect for our trip to Denarau. Location is convenient with access to the port for day trips, shopping, and restaurants. The Bula bus comes through here too. The setting is relaxing yet so close to the sights in Nadi.
