This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.

Impeccable service, beautiful hotel and very comfortable (and newly renovated) rooms. The service both at the restaurants and at reception were great and we felt very well welcomed. The food was also very nice. The spa is also a gem and worth a visit! Definitely recommended

The staff made us feel really pampered. We arrived just after midnight, and the concierge came out to our car to greet us, carry our luggage, and show us to our room.
The maids were incredibly attentive with fresh towels and cleaning the room. The dining room staff were always polite, courteous, and professional. The hotel was superb!

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Kronenhof! The hotel has an amazing history and great old world glamour. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and spa were top notch.
By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout.
