My experience at the hotel was overall good, but there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The room had an unpleasant odor, the shower drain was clogged, and the door squeaked loudly every time it closed. Additionally, the itinerary provided had some misleading information—it stated that restaurants closed at 11 PM, but the hibachi restaurant actually closed at 10 PM. As a result, we had to either take an 8-minute cab ride or walk 20 minutes just to find something to eat. With a few improvements, this could have been a much better experience.

I recently stayed at Al Khoory Hotel with my family for a vacation, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights was the food—everything we tried was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
