First off, we checked into an extremely untidy room. The bedding and pillowcases had clearly not been changed and were covered in hair. The room was also very dusty and, overall, the condition was horrible. Our stay was a very unpleasant experience. My wife became sick after we checked out because she is allergic to dust, which made the situation even worse. We expected a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately, that was not what we received. I also want to mention the way some of the delivery workers are treated. It was honestly very upsetting to witness. We are all human beings, and I don’t understand why anyone should be treated as though they are less important or less deserving of respect than others. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the cleanliness of the rooms and the way workers are treated.

The location was the only thing that I liked about the property. Besides that, just about every other thing was terrible. I included breakfast with my reservation but everyday was a hassle. They gave me a hard time to have breakfast and had to confirm with the front desk every time, which told me to contact Expedia to confirm my reservation included breakfast even though it clearly showed in my confirmation email from Expedia. They charged me for using the soda and water that was in the room. This is the first time this has happened to me. Moreover, I wasn’t made aware of this until check out time. I explained that as a courtesy, they should’ve told me during check in, instead of telling me about outstanding bills that I had know prior knowledge about. My experience overall was awful and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. I didn’t enjoy my stay not one bit.
