Stayed here as an overnighter before a 7.30 am flight home. It is about 5 minutes from the airport. The public spaces are very impressive. The pool area is a bit soulless, but the pool is fine. We ate at the Thai restaurant which was OK but nothing special. Starters and mains were brought out at the same time. Our room looked pretty dated and a bit shabby, but everything worked. Decent option for a stop over but somewhere I'd like to stay in other circumstances.

Loved this place, wow, what beautiful stay I had, comfortable, clean, convenient and the most polite staff ever. I gave this 5 start because it was perfect. I plan to stay here again and also referred family and friends. Thank you to all the staff for everything

Amazing hotel! We spent 6 nights here and had the best time. The hotel has loads of restaurants, pools and a couple of bars. Little miss India was our favourite restaurant and the poolside food was amazing. Service was 10/10. Hotel is walkable to the Golden Mile where there are shops and also walkable to the Palm Jumeriah Mall which is great. We went to the spa one day and the staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for you!

Excellent hotel. Top tier services. The breakfast was exceptional. I have yet to have breakfasts like that in the USA. The food is halal so you don’t have to worry. The gym and pool was perfect. I had training so my time was limited but I really enjoyed my stay. The people who work there did everything in their power to make us feel at home. Definitely coming back.

They gave me a birthday cake on my birthday. Staff was so friendly. Attentive to all my request.
