Most of the Staff are nice and helpful except the guy on the check IN area 4th floor he is not that friendly and not willing to explain at least more details on the guest especially first time guests usually get confused and has questions.

I booked the hotel cause of Singapore National Day preview.Could watch the performance & fireworks at the comfort of the hotel.Check in take time as they was quite a number of guest wanting to check in.whereas check out was within seconds.Its nice of them to create a link asking guest what time they will be checking out.

Nice property with big, beautiful pool. Room was large with comfortable bed. The only inconvenience is the access to the ice :). Since it was really hot during our stay, we had to call the front desk several times to request ice. I wish we were able to get ice ourselves whenever we want.
