The hotel staff were helpful. I was given a heater without asking for one. The splut system didn't work and it was cold. The hotel was not located within walking distance of anything of interest.

I was satisfied, nice room, clean, well fitted with mini bar and tv, safebox, large bathroom, the location has fantastic view over the city, helpful and friendly staff.
