This hotel is just ok. Not sure I would stay again. It needs to be refurbished badly.

The hotel was very clean. The people that worked there were very friendly and I would definitely come stay again.

Beautiful room. We had and upgrade with one of the suites. The staff were all incredibly helpful. The restaurant food was very good and the servers were great. Parking is a challenge in the area, but the valet service was awesome. We picked this place as we were able to walk, about 20 min, to the Cog Railway, which is a plus given parking is a challenge there as well.

Poor customer service, rooms are old and not overly clean. The price is purely paying for the view not level of luxury at the resort

We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. (When I spoke to him 2 days prior and he never mentioned this or the fact we would be checking ourselves in.) We were told to go on in and our door combination was given to us over the phone. We didn't have a host the entire stay. We were completely alone the first night never seen another person. Until the cook showed up to cook breakfast. The concept is great! The cook (Jason) was super nice and very informational about things going on in the area. It was a little odd not having a host.

Front desk staff Alena was super helpful! The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient. The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic.
