West India Beach Holidays

We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.

The Alila Diwa was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurants, bars and pool were excellent. We also used the Spa which was exceptional and very good value. The beach shuttle was also a great way of getting to and from the local beach. I wish we had stayed longer at the Alila Diwa and will definitely be returning in the future!

Excellent resort surrounded by pristine gardens with unbeatable access to beach via a private 5 min walk. Onsite pool and restaurant are of great quality too. Rooms high quality with sufficient well maintained inside and outside spaces. Outstanding breakfast including Indian and continental options. Reception staff also helpfully organised day trips with minimal upfront planning. Overall outstanding value for money. Thank you Santana resort staff for catering to the diverse needs of our family (elderly and kids) and for making our trip so memorable. Highly recommend this resort - look no further.
