The location is great, close enough to everything but not on top of it so the noise isn’t outside your window. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast had many options, including vegan and GF clearly marked. Staff was helpful.

Clean Hotel, very nice staff, great free parking,excellent breakfast. A short drive to the historical area. Overall, a very convenient hotel if you don’t want to stay in downtown.

The price for the sun beds is hidden.

The hotel itself is decent, and our room was clean. However, several important details were not disclosed before booking, which left us disappointed. The main reason we chose this hotel over an Airbnb or a property in the city was because it is marketed as a beachfront resort with its own private beach. While it does have a section with loungers, they are not included for hotel guests and cost €25–30 per day. Considering the room rates, this felt excessive. If a hotel is advertised as a beach resort, loungers should either be complimentary or offered at a much lower rate. There are nearby beach clubs with nicer facilities and better beaches for less. The hotel also advertises parking, but it costs €25 per day. The only alternative is street parking, which the hotel says is “at your own risk.” Since it’s located beside a public beach in a residential area, street parking fills up quickly. A car is also essential because there is very little within walking distance, making the paid parking feel almost unavoidable. The rooms are somewhat outdated. We were assigned a ground-floor room with almost no natural light and very little privacy, as the entrance faced a busy shared walkway. It also looked quite different from the photos shown online. If there is such a large variation between room types, the hotel should include representative photos of all options. The gym photos are also misleading. It is small, has minimal equipment, and does not have the beach views shown online.

The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views. Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hotel hostess, Carla, is an absolute gem and catered to our every need. Alessandro took incredible care of us at breakfast and preempted our daily coffee and tea requests :) The rooms are fine, although brittle bed sheets and not great pillows but that would not deter me from returning. Even the chamber maids made sure we had what we needed and bent over backwards to accommodate. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to a return visit.

Property is on a great location only issue was both bridges connecting the hotel to the beach were destroyed at time of visit requiring all guests to take shuttle. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. Likewise at the beach as these are just normal for any five star resort. Not a show stopper but an opportunity for the management to provide five star service to their guests while increasing their bottom line.

Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known.
