Good layout in the room, nice and clean

Room was clean and staff very helpful.

Had a great stay at the Pavilion. Room was clean with excelllent beds, had full fridge plenty of utensils. The spa bath a big hit with our grandchild and my partner. Dinner menu was excellent the portion size was on the small side fof my partner who is a big eater, 3 courses did fill though. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, everything you need to set you up for a busy day ahead. I highly reccomend this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We arrived very late after significant flighy delays. The man chevking us in gave us a midday checkout which was much appreciated. Unfortunately he must have not updated the system as we were woken by staff knocking on the door, then a phone call, then our access card disabled.

It was nice, as always. Spacious rooms, good location.

Great location on the tram line and within walking distance to river markets. Slight hiccup with check in, but after a phone call to after hours manager it was sorted promptly. Lovely unit.

Beautiful, comfy hotel to stay, recovering well from our long trip fatigue. Cozy and spacious room that we wanted to stay longer. Sparkling clean everywhere.

Lovely clean room and great facilities with spa bath, lazy boy chairs, and all the things you need.

Adequate parking, close to CBD bound bus stop ( route 7), friendly management and staff. New facility. Highly recommended.
