The rooms in the basement are definitely not a 4 star experience. Although clean, this is more a 2 star hotel. During our stay the carpet was also wet and there were a few dehumidifiers running continuously.

Nice lodge and fantastic staff. I must have booked us into the house across the street which was a slightly different experience and our particular room was very lacking in terms of amenities, size, and washroom standards.

Wonderful staff and Great location, key sites walkable from the hotel. Dining service and meals, breakfast and dinner excellent. Room was a good size and very clean
