Tiran Island Beach Holidays

Upon check in, Robert at the front desk upgraded me to the Ruby Tower which felt more exclusive and elevated. Wonderful experience, the Resort Fee was $56 which is just insane for any hotel to add this on top of the room rate, however this is the game hotels play these days. I do love the free parking which is the reason I chose the Virgin Hotel. All in all great stay, wonderful beds and clean hotel. I didn’t eat at any of the restaurants, I only had coffee at the quick server coffee bar on the second floor of the Ruby Tower. It was great!

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Air conditioner was not functioning. Room smelled of cigarettes

Woman at concierge was rude and she didn’t seems to care. Valet guys was rude when we asked question. Next time I will definitely go some other resort. It’s not worth the price we paid.

Clean room and best restaurant in the property

Do not offer a complimentary buffet where you have to walk a far distance only to find that the line is 1.5 hrs. It was a waste of my time and I would rather pay for a breakfast if that is the situation.
