Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

I had mixed experience. The front staff was helpful enough to keep my parcel in prior to check in. What was disappointing were: 1. The restaurant BGM volume was too loud for me so I asked the staff to lower the volume but they insisted saying that it was already minimum. I had to leave the restaurant. ...
