Unfortunately, our stay at the Residence Inn Sacramento Airport Natomas was disappointing. We discovered a mouse in our suite and reported it to the front desk. Maintenance placed traps, but the mouse was still there the following day. Needless to say, we were uncomfortable and didn't sleep well. What was especially disappointing was that the manager was unavailable to speak with us despite our requests. The hotel eventually refunded one night, which we appreciated, but the overall experience and how the situation was handled left us disappointed.
