9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
First day there, no hot water for shower. Had choice to take a shower in another room or pack up everything and take another room. We did the latter which was a big waste of time. Find out they knew of the problem prior day yet they still gave us the room. Location was ideal. Breakfast was first class. Check shower before you unpack.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,000 reviews)
We asked for room upgrade but claimed not to have. Our friends who stayed at same time had much better and bigger room. Lots to eat at breakfast but not a lot of state.

Hotel was fine and front desk were attentive. The housekeeping was very mediocre. Towels slightly stained, hairs stuck to them from the wash, bed not made.
