Property is a bit outdated but yet still expensive. Showers was nice but furniture needs replacement along with a little painting would definitely help. (Some TLC)
The price of the hotel and food was not deserving to be that outdated.
Was unable to open balcony doors and restaurant on the 17th floor was booked for a party but nothing notified of this, found out when we got there.

The room is not sound proof… one can hear the outside and upstairs noise.

The staff was amazing! Location was perfect for our event. The room was clean, extra towels were available, plenty of refreshments and beverages for purchase if needed, continental breakfast was only muffins and yogurt but the yogurt was divine.

Beautiful hotel , but honestly the breakfast was very underwhelming compared to the hype. The buffet was quite basic, with almost no variety from day to day. The eggs were often cold, and overall it did not feel like a luxury hotel breakfast experience. Everything else was nice, but breakfast definitely needs improvement.
