2nd stay and always good value for money. There is a pool towel policy which is great however there is no enforcement about it so empty loungers with towels on it for the whole day. Not essential - It would be good if the bathroom facilities could have a better tiles as the current ones feels dated and a lot of white paint stain on the tiles can be seen when doing touch up. For last to have modern appliances such air fryer like Ninja range.

Great hotel. Second visit and may return for a third time.

This is a really great family hotel, second time here. Lots of things for youngsters to do. Maybe not so much for adults but keeping the shorties occupied is part of the reason for being here. Staff are friendly and excellent, any problems you might have(or at least I have had) get rectified straight away. Food is good, great variety and lots of options. Room was excellent, comfortable, well equiped and clean. Could do with more coffee sachets though :D Oh, parking can be a bit of a pain, you either have to pay to use the car park or take a chance and use the rubble strewn and cratered free car park outside. That's my only minor gripe.
