Room was clean, and very quiet. The highlight of the trip was the staff - front desk, doormen and maintenance were always friendly and welcoming, especially with our daughter. Wonderful stay.

Staff were all friendly and helpful! We got King Superior room. Bed were so comfortable. Kitchen was clean and there were 2 small fridges. Great location for tourists as the subway its on the same block. There is a great hole on the wall breakfast place on the same block that was so convenience and pretty cheap, nice cafe next door. It's located in the Korea Town -- Restaurants selections are amazing. Don'd forget to stop by the Food Court in a couple of blocks away on 32nd street.

The hotel is nice and a little too busy but we did enjoy the room. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The only thing is that my “self” check in didn’t work for me. Tried reaching out to hotel and wasn’t helpful. So then we had to wait in line for 45 min to check in. It still took this long with 6 employees working. It seemed to me that they had no sense of urgency.
