Here’s a polished 3 star review you can use: The pictures online are beautiful, and the hotel makes a strong first impression when you walk in. The high-rise building feels elegant and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. Reception is on the 22nd floor, then you take a second elevator to reach the rooms. The location is very convenient near the train station, which was a plus. However, overall, we were not impressed. There were four of us, and the room was advertised as a suite with two additional twin beds, but those extra beds felt more like cots. The room itself was very small, felt outdated, and did not match the impression from the online photos. It was quiet and in a nice location, but the room was not impressive enough for us. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.

Very much recommend, great location, lovely staff, amazing views from terrace with free happy hour drinks and Onsen foot bath for weary feet.

Property nestled in the heart of KIYOMIZU…leave a serene environment and walk out to a little hustle and bustle and some beautiful views …amazing property! Staff was friendly … Expedia notes pool access which is not accurate …no pool on property …

The room was spotless, and Comfortable. But what was best about this place is staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice! They helped me with everything.

This is one of the best hotel we've experienced, throughout the check-in process the staff at the reception is warm and helpful, the whole process is simple and quick. The room is spacious and clean, noise isolation is excellent. We need a transportation service to the nearby station after check-out, the staffs, again is very helpful. We will definitely stay at Centara again next time when visiting Osaka.

Everything up to expectation Rate is a little too pricey, but for the location, I don’t mind Truly fabulous location connected to the best places around in downtown
