good location, nice bar/restaurant/ room could have used a spruce up/paint job. I love that the windows opened in my 2nd floor room. And appreciated being able to take the stairs.

Good location. We were near the elevator and can hear everything. Selection of food was ok, only ate one item from the Cafe.

The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and providing recommendations for restaurants and directions. The rooms and property were always clean. Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.”

Great location for a decent price. The elevator was very slow and had to wait a while for it, the property itself can use a slight upgrade but again for the pricing it was good overall.

Complementary pastry amazing. Staff was absolutely fantastic…professional and nice.

Truly a wonderful stay!

I could not have been more impressed with this property! From the concierge, Eric, who I first met and the bellman Tony, to J, who heads up the concierge and Paolo at the front desk… all amazing and honestly can’t wait to go back. The rooftop wasn’t in full bloom and I can’t wait to return for that! While it’s in the heart of Times Square, it’s also super convenient. Turning right puts you at Bryant Park, the Public Library, and Grand Central, turning left is Broadway and always the heart of Times Square. The subway and theatre district couldn’t be more convenient. There’s also a CVS a block away (take the side door on Broadway to shave the corner off. And don’t miss the “door to nowhere” down in the subway at Broadway/42nd! The room was amazing! Loved being on an alley since I was a little concerned about the noise level and didn’t care about the view. Super dark with the blackout shades and other than inconsiderate guests slamming doors, super quiet. Great shower/water pressure, plenty of storage/closet/shelf space and loved having a mini fridge (would have liked a Keurig so I could make coffee/tea though). The super convenient lighting with the all on/off and levels was great too, though one time while in the bathroom every light shut off, still not sure why lol. Little thrown off by the reviews (and friends who have had issues) about the vape detectors in the rooms picking up other things, but confirmed before leaving the property that there was no issue.

What a nice stay at this property! It hits high marks on the location, the room, which is nice and big, and well appointed, as well as the staff. The bar and restaurant are also very good. I highly recommend.
