Clean rooms Excellent buffet breakfast Kind staff and very helpful

Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck. Six stars out of five!

The location of the hotel is great, it’s right across the street from the beach! The view from the rooftop patio is also mazing!! However the room, common areas, and breakfast are not ideal ( at least not for an 4 star hotel) Our room was clean, but it needed updating, and maintenance. The carpet in the hallways was really old and had a smell to it.

The hotel is beautiful, near everything and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, the only bad thing was the check in with very a long line and lost time.

Came for a birthday trip and everything was top notch! Service was excellent, accommodating and very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and first time visiting Rio, will be back in the future!
