Arkadaşım ile 1 gece kalmamız gerektiği için gidip bu hotel muhattap olmak zorunda kaldık. 1 saat önce yaptığımız rezervasyon ile otele gittik. Arkadaşım pasaportunu yanına almaya unutmuş. Resmini telefonunda saklıyor. 'Kusura bakmayın' yardımcı olamayız. Para iadesi? 'Kusura bakmayın sigortalı yaptırmamışsınız'. Sanki rezervasyonu 1 ay önce yapmışız gibi. Rezil bir iletişime sahip, utanmadan vermediği hizmete istinaden ödenen ücrete çöken bir müessese. Dikkatli olunuz... Şimdi jargon şu; yasalar gereği bla bla... 1 saat önce rezervasyon yapmışız. Müşteri memnuniyeti kapsamında o zaman ücret iadesi yapacaksın. Tam bir rezillik!

This was a great hotel in a great location in old town. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating and always willing to help with great restaurant recommendations or planning day trips. The restaurant in the hotel had tasty Turkish street food options. The breakfast was in the hotel was good. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel description and write up was accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

A True 5-Star Experience – Exceptional Breakfast & Outstanding Service! Although we stayed at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul for just one night, the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were exactly what you would expect from a true five-star luxury hotel. The breakfast was simply incredible! The variety, quality, presentation, and overall dining experience were exceptional and easily among the best we've experienced during our travels. What truly stood out was the outstanding service. The staff was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making even our short stay feel special. It's not often that a hotel leaves such a lasting impression after just one night, but Fairmont Quasar Istanbul certainly did! A truly luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Worth every penny!
