To be honest was expecting more from this hotel as the reviews and rating was pretty high and given I haven't stayed in this area before, decided to give it a try. But it's a lacklustre hotel. In room dining was poor and we ordered Thai food. The worst was the bed . Super uncomfortable with poor back support which gave us both back aches. After the feedback and request for a firmer mattress they came back with a wooden board to be place ON TOP of the mattress. Horrors! I put it down to back communication and then asked for a room change which also took some time but it wasn't much different. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

I booked this hotel relatively last minute (the day before) after having a bad experience elsewhere. I’m so glad I found iSanook Bangkok. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent, and there was a cafe and restaurant onsite.
