Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.

Excellent staff who makes the stay perfect

Dec 2025- Jan 2026. We had an awesome stay at Breakas staff were amazing very friendly and fun, addressed any issues very promptly, looked after us very well. The food

Breakfast was good but we had to pay for ours separately because it wasn't included in the cost of the hotel

Clean room, lovely staff, excellent amenities & delicious breakfast & lunch. Dinner in their Japanese restaurant also a highlight however, their main restaurant dinner was average & inconsistent (only at dinner - both breakfast and lunch were fantastic).

Customer service was good but the hold on the card after paying so much to book the hotel is off putting. They put an absurd amount of money per night as a bond and once you check out it takes 7 nights to reverse. Not many people have those funds available everytime and if you live overseas and don’t receive the bond back you have to deal with the dispute from back home instead of going to the hotel

Very clean, amazing staff who always make it feel like home. They are so friendly and accommodating. Awesome facilities for the children.

Everything was perfect. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and all the different restaurant experiences were fantastic. Swim up pool bar was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious

Being an adults only resort was a big benefit. The beach area was so pretty, great for swmming and snorkeling. Staff were great and friendly. Rooms were clean. It is far from Nadi so you need to arrange transport, i.e. car hire. Some of the cons: tour transport pick up/drop off may not be possible depending on where the tour leaving from (i.e. Nadi), food service at the resort needs improvement (i.e. overcooked meals, waiting times). Overall it was a nice place to relax and chill.

Beach water had rubbish floating around at times and along the sand could do with a clean up of litter. Otherwise rest of resort was well kept. Water wasn’t really swimmable but the private pool was great.
