"The suite was large and spacious. However, the refridge was not working. Front desk didn't seem concerned. No one repaired or replaced it the next day either. Staff wasn't the least bit concerned."

Be aware that the reception is unmanned in the evenings, so you do need to pay attention to the communications you receive from the hotel (which were very good and clear).
