The staff was very friendly. The food was ok. Getting a coffee refill took time. It was nice having coffee in the lounges. Our room was situated overlooking the pool and at night receptions held there very loud All in all a good place with an amazing beach!!

Room was great... we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a great balcony view of the beach. Big shout-out to Jennifer and Juan Carlos for ensuring we were taken care of the entire week. Only issue was their AC went out for a day... While that was a minor inconvenience, I was impressed with the staffs attention to getting the issue promptly resolved and "taking care of us"

We had a wonderful stay and the resort was amazing. Would definitely recommend. Eric from Guest Services and Dalvin from Animation were incredible, super friendly, helpful, and truly made our trip. They helped with reservations and entertainment and always brought great energy and humor. There was so much to do every day, from karaoke and night parties to great à la carte dining and beautiful beach sunsets. 10/10 experience.
