The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated.
Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside.
House keeping didn't come during our stay.
Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment.
It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

Really lovely big apartment, great for a stay with grandparents. Very close to the pool and guest lounge. In a great part of Broadbeach.

Only slight issue we had was that the A/C didn't work (No power)
It was a little cool one night and we want a bit of heat. No big issue.
Had we stayed over the summer months it would have been a problem.
