9/10 Wonderful! (7,739 reviews)
Great location close to Pier 39, friendly staff, full buffet breakfast included, room was clean and well appointed.
No self use laundry facilities. The “resort fee” charged at check in was disappointing, added an additional $43USD per night per room to the booked price. We received a bottle of water each in return, the rest goes towards “maintaining the pool and gym etc”

9.6/10 Exceptional! (236 reviews)
The rooms are dated but very functional. The breakfast/ happy hour on the top floor is always great! The gym is well equipped and the lap pool is perfect.
