This trip to Istanbul became even more memorable thanks to this hotel. Everyone who works here was incredibly kind, and even when we had small or inconvenient requests, they always helped us with such pleasant and warm service. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were welcomed by a lovely scent, and everything was spotless and perfectly clean. The bed was so comfortable that we slept deeply every night.
The highlight of this hotel was definitely the breakfast. Starting each day with such a generous and delicious meal was wonderful. And I want to give special thanks to the manager, Tutuk, who always prepared the drinks we requested even before we arrived. I truly appreciate her thoughtful service.
The location was also absolutely perfect—wherever we went, everything was easy and convenient.
I would love to visit again next year, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
