Ford Island All inclusive Holidays

The property was in an ideal location surrounded by shopping and restaurnts along Waikiki. The staff wede friendly, hotel areas were nice and clean. I will stay again.

The property? It was very close to the beach walking distance. The staff was great.

Walkable to the beach and clean rooms. The air conditioner started dripping but staff was there to fix it within 10 minutes. The lobby gets pretty crowded with the guests coming and going and the restaurant

The beach area is easy accessible. The premise provides towels and water bottles which are amazing. Love it! Will be back for sure.

We have stayed at many hotels in Hawaii. We transferred from the Hilton Hawaiian Village that was super old, that had abysmal customer service, and frankly was quite rude. We came to the Prince last minute, and the customer service was BEYOND expectation. Hotel was spotless. Very clean. All staff were helpful and nice - they cared you were there. The valet staff was EXCEPTIONALLY kind and attentive. My only complaint was the location. Without kids, no problem. With kids, it was a walk. But doable. Overall, we were super happy and would definitely stay again.

We loved the friendly staff and the convenient location. We were disappointed at the minuscule beach, but we learned that is what has happened over the years in Honolulu.
