I just spend on night here but everything from check in to the complimentary breakfast has bean excellent. I would stay here again and gladly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Beautiful property. Central to the area. A few hiccups with checking in late and not being contacted by the butler when I upgraded to a room with butler service. However, the staff was accommodating and gave a room credit for the inconvenience. Food was excellent. Overall, an amazing experience.

I’ve been staying in a couple of different hotels lately, I can assure you, this one, is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been. When you walk inside you are received with a giant mural painting that’s beautiful. The staff is attentive and there is always someone on the front desk. The room that they upgrade me to was comfortable and had a very amenity needed for a shot stay. The location is perfect if you just want to walk to El Viejo San Juan. But I just what more from this place. It has the potential to be one of the nicest and budget friendly hotels in the area. Im always on the lookout for the little details, and there’s a lot of details that if fixed it can elevate the experience and the stay of every guest.

Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay!
