Good location. Clean. The room is small but cozy and convenient for solo travelers. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Staff was helpful. Nice rooftop bar and cafe. Only downside was when I was there, they had private events so guests couldn't go in there. Limited places to sit in the lobby area which is a bit inconvenient if you are waiting to check in/room getting ready and checking out and waiting for the train time.

Lovely hotel only downside was with 43c weather there was no water in the room, to buy at the shop in the hotel was $8, No coffee machine in the room either which we had in all the other hotels we stayed in.

no fridge so plan accordingly! (only mini/snack bar with electronic sensors to charge you :/) room and property were fantastic! it’s the staff that could be a little more helpful…

Harrah's has everything right where you need it. Excellent food court. We loved Ramsay's. The pool was very relaxing too, It could use some more umbrellas. I'd have loved it even more if it were open in the evening. We really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show. It was nice to do everything in one place.
