Nu Island All inclusive Holidays

Great location, close walk to shopping centre and dining. Transport close by and easy to explore other areas. Room had two interconnecting open plan rooms for a family of 4. Small rooms and two tiny bathrooms. Clean and comfortable.

Great location, nice clean room with all the amenities you need. Metro and train station within a few minutes. Direct train to Kansai airport.

the hotel was convenient

The good: the staff were friendly. Especially at breakfast. Laundry was awesome. The bad:The room was dirty looking. There was stains on the sheets and some dried food on the ground from a past guest. The carpets didn’t look great. Check in screens weren’t working so the pre check in process didn’t really mean much. On the way out, I asked to go to the lounge to get some water for my son, it was closed but it was just water for a kid, the front desk said I can’t go to the lounge but directed me to the vending machine.

Staff and restaurant were perfect! Room was still dirty upon entrance, bathroom mirror was dirty and shower was dirty (I have pictures.) I called and asked them to have it re-cleaned and it wasn’t. Cleanliness could’ve been a little better but overall a good hotel.

The service was the best. The staff was super friendly and willing to help with anything with out having to be asked.

The front desk staff were not courteous. They made me feel like I committed a crime because I made a reservation through a third-party!
