Long Beach Island All inclusive Holidays

Beautiful Hotel Right Next to City Hall. Awesome Views of the City. Elevators can get busy leading to short wait times especially on event weekends.

Great place to stay, and restaurant has good food! Do wish there was better communication on our check in being delayed. But overall highly recommend , the rooms are great and location is good, and staff was nice :)

Well managed, appointed, and good food.

I think guests should be informed about the incidental hold before arriving for check-in. It was frustrating to find out at the front desk that a $400 hold was required before I could receive my room key. This information should be communicated clearly during the booking process so guests can plan accordingly and come prepared with the appropriate payment card. Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the check-in experience was stressful and could have been much smoother with better communication beforehand. I hope management considers making this information more visible to future guests.

Breathtaking property definitely luxurious

I was not too pleased with hospitality service. The gentleman in the morning shift (front desk) was very attentive and friendly. However the young lady at night was rude to myself and other guest that were coming in for check in. Also, I was disappointed in the service at the downstairs hotel restaurant. To my disappointment no one says good morning or greets the guest anymore and makes them feel welcomed. Why do you choose hospitality as a career if you are not people friendly or take pride in your job? I definitely learned my lesson by choosing this hotel and not going with the Hilton or Holiday Inn as usual when I travel. I definitely will not go back there again or recommend anyone to stay there again.
