North West Division All inclusive Holidays

Really enjoyed our stay! Prime location, good amenities (the laundry access was very appreciated as we were travelling light), good amount of space when you factor in access to the Oasis Lounge. The cafés within the same building are also just lovely.

Room was fine but was not serviced each day and we had to ask for towels , toilet paper etc . Most staff seemed too busy to help or look after us: when we checked in , there was no welcome just admin . Could be so much better .

Convenient location close to China Town. Nice, accommodating staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet has good amount of food variety. Not sure if the hotel is rated 4 stars or 5 stars, but should be at least 4 stars.

Great location, close to China town and other sites of interest. Only think there should be a two tier breakfast option, that is Continental and Full. As I’m not a big eater I found myself paying for a full breakfast when only having a bowl of cereal and a coffee!!! But others great place to stay.

Good value for money in a good location - just 10 min walk to Orchard Rd. Modern and clean rooms. We had breakfast included in our stay - it was ok. I wouldn’t pay the $35 pp per day for it.

An excellent hotel with superb staff. Standout employees were the two doormen, Saeed who showed us to our room, Robert (one of the managers) and Germaine the cocktail mixologist. Our rooms were excellent and we loved the pools and the gym. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and very good quality. The hotel ambiance is something else, it’s really lovely. The hotel is a refurbished Fort Canning Hotel and has only been open since October ‘25. The only improvements needed are around the breakfast service which is disorganised and very slow. Both mornings we had to wait half an hour for coffees, which is unacceptable anywhere, let alone a 5* hotel. Also when food and juices ran out they weren’t replenished. In all honesty that was a minor niggle in what was a delightful stay. We really enjoyed our time at The Mett, thank you!
