Hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and out! Staff was extremely helpful every time. Numerous pools! The prestige club lounge was peaceful and offered daily breakfast and hors d’oeuvres at dinner time. Transportation was SO easy, there are taxis lined up downstairs at all times. Hotel is connected to the sphere so walking there is inside and easy! Bring money for food, it’s pricey. The only downside I have is the A/C unit in our room was knocking constantly and got on my nerves. Also be very aware of the fridge and don’t touch anything before looking at the pricing, a can of coke is $10. Daily housekeeping, put do not disturb sign on the door if you don’t want it. I ordered the club sandwich from room service and it was THE BEST! 9/10 would recommend staying here!

Old rooms, faulty amenities, the only convenience is the price and the proximity to the train to commute to the convention center.

Great property, unfortunately pool was closed, which was quite the bummer when it’s 105+ degrees
