Customer service was terrible. Do not opt to pay extra for early check-in or check-out. Staff was both unaware and unwilling to help with this matter. Paid an additional $11 fee for no reason. Got charged an additional $42 by the hotel with no indication of what it was for.

Apparenly furniture isnt moved to vacuum. Moved recliner and found a hat from a previous occupant. Also found dirty comb on the batheroom floor as we were making sure we didnt miss anything in our packing. YUCK.
