Ko Naka Yai All inclusive Holidays

The staff is amazing the front desk, check-in is quick and easy. The cleaning staff was great. They don’t have bacon for breakfast, but all in all the breakfast is very satisfactory. I have stayed at this property multiple times and I have never been disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nap. The staff were pleasant,extremely attentive and so friendly with always a lovely smile when greeting you. Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near the beach, lots of food and shopping options around. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, no complains! Do note that this is quite a busy street so don't expect a serene environment but was not affected by any noise in the rooms.

Our air-conditioning unit leaked water all over our back pack and got our clothes wet. It was also very loud.

I stayed in the Villa because the panoramic room was unavailable. I am so glad it was unavailable because I loved this room. It was clean, always smelled good and the pool was great. It was roomy for my 4 year old to roam and have her own room. Breakfast was good. They had a pretty good vegetarian section. I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort. Had a massage at the spa and it was probably one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this resort and would stay again. The shuttle to Bangla walking street and Patong beach was convenient. Loved it!

Suite itself is beautiful. Location is a little difficult. Coming and going or waiting for a golf cart was a little inconvenient since we have a party of four and they max at 3 passengers. Definitely do not pack heels unless you have your ride service come straight to lobby every time. Even though room is beautiful there a few cleaning items that were not five star and a little wear and tear showing. There were someone else’s falsie lashes on the black matt in master bathroom. Pimple patches melted down on coffee table. Found it kind of gross to continue to find things left behind from previous guests.

Lovely resort on semi private island. Very large and spread out so doesn't feel busy. Resort was fairly quiet anyway during our stay so dining areas may get busy with more guests. Several nice pools and poolside villas. Good gym and several activities available but not well advertised : paddle board, kayak, yoga, stretch, boxing. Food options a bit limited and very expensive. All inclusive offered as an option with some bookings. Complimentary speed or long boat offered to mainland.

As we get older, the only issue i have is the number of stairs and access to my room and amenities.
