Great Ocean Road All inclusive Holidays

This hotel is an excellent value: free glass of wine every night, apartment style w/washer dryer, amazing full breakfast included, late night snacks, excellent location. Will stay here every time we visit Melbourne!

We had no hot water for about 1 1/2 days so that wasn't fun considering it was winter and cold! Bed wasnt as comfortable as I am used to but otherwise clean and useable kitchen facilities. Pool and gym were great

Uninhabitable, biohazardous nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.** If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Calling this place "substandard" is a generous understatement—it was downright revolting from the moment we walked through the front door. The building foyer and hallway reeked of rotting garbage and stale dampness. We thought opening the apartment door would bring relief, but it only got worse. * **Insulting "Supplies":** We booked a **10-night stay**, and the host provided a grand total of **TWO rolls of toilet paper**. For ten full days! To top off the insult, the only "cleaning equipment" supplied to tackle a filthy kitchen was a single, paper-thin disposable dish cloth. No sponge, no disinfectant, no dish soap, and no bin liners for the rubbish. * **Disgusting Hygiene:** The bathroom reeked so strongly of a heavily trafficked public toilet that we had to keep the door shut the entire stay. In the kitchen, the few cooking utensils provided were covered in a sticky layer of old grime—and good luck washing them, because despite being advertised on the listing, **there was no dishwasher**. * **Missing Amenities & Broken Fixtures:** Multiple light globes were either missing or dead, leaving rooms in semi-darkness. Key advertised amenities—like a simple ironing board—were completely non-existent. * **Rodent Infestation:**To round out the horror experience, we were kept awake night after night listening to rodents loudly scrambling through the walls

Overall pleasant stay, conveniently Located. Checkin and checkout was seamless , early checkin now allowed since third party involved for key pickup 1 out of 3 Curtain was not available in the bedroom , causing bedroom exposed, shower room was leaking, but I am sure they will fix prior to next rent out.

Most aspects were as expected

Very comfortable little hotel at the bottom of Bourke Street near the Southern Cross Station. There was an issue with the aircon in our room which couldn't be fixed, so we were grateful to get an upgrade to a better room. The staff were also helpful with some other issues. Lovely little reading nook on the ground floor with a little library with a warm heater, very relaxing on a cold day. Comfortable bed and beautiful leadlight windows in our room. Double glazing kept most of the noise out. We will stay again, for sure.

I had a great time at The Prince. Such a beautiful heritage building, very well located with a friendly staff, well done. Will be my first option when I am back in Melbourne.

Very helpful location for the major regional and interstate railway system of Victoria = 'Southern Cross Station.
